Audi Victoria Week – Shoreside program Audi Victoria Week is the complete entertainment package offering something for the young and the young at heart. The City of Greater Geelong will once again be a buzz with loads of entertainment. Visiting tall ships, a flotilla of larger passenger vessels and the popular Bay FM Fireworks Spectacular all add to the spectacle.
An activities precinct will include art & craft markets, live entertainment across two stages, off the beach racing, 'Go Sailing' program, plus a range of activities for children, including a jumping castle, camel rides, train rides and face painting, and much, much more in a carnival like atmosphere.
The Shoreside program will operate from 4pm - 10pm on Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday and from 10am - 4pm on Wednesday (Australia Day).
Event Precincts
Steampacket Gardens The ‘Gardens’ is the hub of entertainment during Audi Victoria Week. The Geelong Advertiser main stage hosts a diverse range of widely appealing, family orientated live performances throughout the event.
Fairnie Park Fairnie Park will feature a wide array of gourmet food and wine stalls. The ‘Park’ is a place where sailors and visitors can mingle whilst sipping a local glass of wine and enjoying watching the days activities unfold.
Ritchie Boulevard The 'Boulevard' is home to Off the Beach racing, William Angliss 'Go Sailing' and art & craft. Connecting Fairnie Park to the Eastern Beach precinct - the boulevard is a shopper's bazaar during Audi Victoria Week. This precinct also features outrigger racing and beach volleyball. |
